Another extension completed in the Maldon area. We promised our lovely customers that they could have their Christmas dinners in the new kitchen when we started the job 9 weeks prior to the big day and we didn't let them down. It's amazing the difference a small extension can make. We created a new open plan kitchen by taking out the back of the house, hiding the steels in the joists, fitting a new Howdens kitchen and forming a new downstairs loo making this new open planned kitchen area. Maldon Extension

This is one that we wrapped up in the summer. We started by taking down the old extension, then rebuilding it longer and wider, whilst putting in a new dormer en suite above. Internally, we fitted a new kitchen, as well as two new bathrooms. We finished it off by completely re-landscaping the garden and wow, what a difference it has made 😍. Just waiting for the coping stones now then it’s another successful job completed.

Here’s a job we completed last year in Leigh on sea 😍 We carried a complete downstairs kitchen renovation with a double knock through fitting two steels opening up the kitchen and one large steel opening up the front of the house to pick up the 9 inch brickwork and allow for the bi folds. Later in the year we came back and completely transformed the garden 👍

Here is a renovation I completed in the summer using a reclaimed stock brick and a salvaged beam from an old barn. This once un used space Is now a great feature room also known as the boot room. Brick work feature walls are great for anyone wishing to add character to a house. The cupboards are hand crafted and built to design finished off with a stunning Carrera quartz stone

Garden Transformation - After completing a garage conversion for a lovely couple in Harold Wood we were called back to work on the garden. We used castle grey Indian sand stone slabs from @the.landscape.centre and we built a new retaining wall. We loved the final look and so did the customer!

Another little job finished up this afternoon. I replaced the old cracked brickwork which was crumbling away and replaced it with two skins of brickwork (nine inch),extended the drive so they have plenty of room to park their cars and don’t have to worry about the little ones damaging the doors as they open them. I Just have to come back Thursday and fix the fencing to the perimeter of brickwork then it’s a job well done with more happy customers 👍 Thank you Max and Eadie you were great assistants

Here’s a few before and afters of a little project we completed during lockdown. Me and the team transformed this old un used shed into a playroom and an extension of the house. Really utilising the un-used space changing the format of the property and definitely adding solid value to it. We replaced the old joists and asbestos roof and took the old back door out making an open walkway from the kitchen forming an opening for the new back door and opening for the new window. Finishing all internals adding power and heating. Us and the client were really happy with the standard of work and quick turnaround of the extension. Another Garden Transformation carried out this one with a 9 day day turn around. We took out the old brick wall widening the gardening putting in a new fence with a couple of gates and installing these stunning 600 x 900 Indian sandstone slabs with aco drains running around the perimeter of the house for a lovely family in heybridge 😊 Have a great Coronation Weekend 🇬🇧

Ring beams all signed off from Building control and the Engineer on a new build project in Chelmsford, which we have been working on in which we have carried out the groundwork's for and will also be doing the Brickwork. Concrete to be poured this Monday when it warms up. We are looking forward to getting some bricks down next week in the sunshine. Happy new year everyone ☀️
